OUR RETURN POLICY

Clothing and accessories can be returned unworn with tags attached, accompanied by receipt, up to 14 days after purchase. 

Rustic Elegance does not accept returns on our vintage furniture, all items are purchased as is.

Because of the vintage, one-of-a-kind and custom nature of our items, they do not qualify for returns.

Care is taken in the transport, display and storage of merchandise and we cannot be responsible for handling after the items leave the store. All items should be checked over carefully before final purchase is made.

Please make sure to check the measurements of the furniture you are buying, taking into account doorway width and height, as well as confirmation you can fit your furniture into the preferred space.
